What are the commands of God but those declarations, and revelations of His holy and perfect will, appealing to the will of men to not only hear them, but to obey them. His commands are destined not only to save and sanctify the sinner, but to provide for men the means by which they can know God. The reality of the salvation of God is found in this, God gives the power to obey to the one who will truly trust in Him.
